Insurance & Reimbursement: I stay out-of-network to keep the clinical frame uncluttered. Many PPO plans will still reimburse 50–70 % of each session once your out-of-network deductible is met. At the end of every month, I’ll send you a superbill to forward to your insurer.

When you call your insurance company, have these questions ready:

1. What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it remains?

2. After the deductible, what percentage of each session is reimbursed?

3. How many sessions per calendar year are covered?

4. Is prior authorization required?

5. Does coverage depend on receiving a specific diagnosis code?
