Psychotherapy & Psychological Testing
Depth-oriented psychotherapy and comprehensive testing—toward understanding, integration, and change.I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy and comprehensive psychological assessment for individuals, couples, and families seeking to understand—not just manage—the complexities of their emotional lives.
Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy, as I practice it, is a collaborative exploration of the unconscious patterns that shape thought, emotion, and relationship. The aim is not simply to remove symptoms, but to understand what they express—what story they tell on behalf of the self.
Sessions unfold at a pace that honors the complexity of your inner world. Through sustained reflection, insight, and the therapeutic relationship itself, new ways of experiencing begin to emerge—less constrained by old conflicts and more integrated across feeling, thought, and action.
My work draws from psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and depth psychological traditions, integrating contemporary research while maintaining a commitment to the transformative power of understanding.
Psychological & ADHD Testing
Psychological assessment can clarify diagnoses, inform treatment, and deepen understanding of cognitive, emotional, and personality functioning. Testing is not merely diagnostic—it can reveal how a person learns, organizes experience, and defends against distress.
I provide evaluations for ADHD, learning disorders, personality functioning, and diagnostic clarification for adolescents and adults. Each report includes a detailed written interpretation and tailored recommendations for therapy, school, or work settings.
Testing sessions are conducted in a collaborative, supportive environment. The goal is not to label, but to bring coherence to experience—to name what has been confusing, and to provide a map toward meaningful change.
