For Professionals
Consultation services and clinical supervision for mental health clinicians.
I offer consultation and supervision services to fellow clinicians who are navigating complex cases, seeking diagnostic clarity, or working toward licensure. Whether you’re a seasoned professional wanting a second opinion or a post-graduate clinician building your clinical skills, I’m here to support your work.
Referring a Client
I welcome referrals from fellow clinicians for psychotherapy, psychological testing, or diagnostic clarification. If you have a client who might benefit from my services, I’m happy to discuss whether I’d be a good fit.
Referrals are commonly made for:
- Psychological or ADHD testing
- Diagnostic clarification for complex presentations
- Specialized treatment for trauma, dissociation, or personality
- Clients needing a higher level of expertise in a specific area
Making a Referral
Feel free to have your client contact me directly, or reach out yourself to discuss whether the referral is appropriate. With your client’s consent, I’m happy to coordinate care and communicate findings back to you.
For testing referrals, any background information you can provide helps ensure a thorough and efficient evaluation.
Professional Consultation
I provide consultation to therapists, psychiatrists, physicians, and other professionals seeking guidance on complex clinical situations. With specialized training in psychological assessment and experience with difficult-to-diagnose conditions, I can offer perspective on cases that don’t fit neatly into diagnostic categories.
Consultation may be helpful when you’re facing:
- Diagnostic uncertainty or differential diagnosis questions
- Complex presentations involving trauma, dissociation, or personality
- Treatment planning for clients who aren’t responding as expected
- Questions about psychological testing or assessment interpretation
- Cases involving co-occurring conditions or diagnostic overlap
- Situations where a second opinion would be valuable
Consultation can be scheduled as a one-time session or as ongoing support for particularly complex cases.
- Initial call to discuss your consultation needs
- Review of relevant case materials (with appropriate releases)
- Consultation session via video or phone
Contact me to discuss your situation and determine if consultation would be helpful.
Clinical Supervision
Supervision for post-graduate clinicians working toward MFT or MSW licensure.
For Associate Therapists
I provide clinical supervision for post-graduate clinicians accumulating hours toward LMFT or LCSW licensure. My supervision style is collaborative and developmentally informed—meeting you where you are while helping you grow into the clinician you want to become.
Supervision draws on psychodynamic and relational frameworks, with attention to the complexities of trauma, attachment, and the therapeutic relationship.
Offsite Supervision
I’m open to providing supervision for clinicians who are employed at another site but need additional supervision hours or want a supervisor with specific expertise.
This arrangement can work well for clinicians seeking specialized training in areas like trauma, dissociation, complex diagnosis, or psychological assessment.
Good supervision is more than case review—it’s a relationship that supports your development as a clinician while attending to the parallel process between supervision and therapy.
What to Expect in Supervision
Supervision with me includes:
- Case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Diagnostic formulation and differential diagnosis
- Attention to the therapeutic relationship and process
- Exploration of countertransference and parallel process
- Support for working with trauma and complex presentations
- Professional development and identity formation
- Preparation for licensure examinations
Supervision availability varies based on my current caseload and supervisee capacity. If I’m not currently accepting new supervisees, I’m happy to add you to a waitlist or provide referrals to trusted colleagues.
Please reach out to inquire about current availability.
